Ryan Lillion

Ryan has been part of SALA for more than 25 years and serves as the firm’s IT / Operations Manager. In that role, he works across the practice to keep the technology, systems, and day-to-day operations that support SALA running smoothly. His work touches nearly every part of the firm, giving him a unique perspective on how people, technology, and process come together to support good design.

A natural problem-solver, Ryan enjoys finding practical solutions that make work simpler and more effective. He has seen the tools and technology of architectural practice change dramatically during his time at SALA, but his approach has remained consistent: understand what people need, find what works, and make it as straightforward as possible. He appreciates thoughtful design not only for how it looks, but for how well it works and how it can improve everyday life.
