Rebekah has been part of SALA for 9 years and counting and brings more than 20 years of experience working in human resources, office administration, and financial aid for private and nonprofit organizations. In her role at SALA, she supports the people and day-to-day operations that help the firm run smoothly. Her experience across different organizations has given her a practical perspective on the importance of organization, communication, and creating systems that make work more effective.
Outside of work, she finds joy in the little things- an organized family Google Calendar, getting lost in a good book, spending weekends at the cabin, taking a classic road trip, and 30-minute YouTube workouts. Most of all, she loves laughing with her teenage daughters, snuggling her puppies, and being lucky enough to live so close to SALA that her commute is just a quick walk through the neighborhood!
